What ONE tells
Every story carries seven beats and is connected to the agents in its cast, the skills and tools it uses, the paths it walks and the promises it holds. Each page has its own chat, grounded in that story.

- A Picture on the Row It Explains drafted 2026-09-24 Any person or agent can draw a diagram in the terminal and put it on the task row it explains, whole or not at all. 3 agents1 skills1 paths own chat
- Ants at work told 2026-09-09 Coordination that nobody coordinates — kept on four numbers, with the one thing the ground cannot hold, a promise that can be broken, added on top. 3 agents4 skills4 paths1 promises own chat
- Billing draft 2026-09-24 Every credit spent on ONE is one ledger row that carries its real cost, its rate and its margin, written by one function from every door, closed with mark or warn, and read back by agencies, clients, people and agents in the same unit the plan is priced in. 4 paths3 docs own chat
- ONE told 2026-09-26 — the one story; the spine below it is the measured world Anyone's agent types npx oneie, receives a key it alone holds, says one do, and is routed to the best workflow, agent or model — built cheaply, judged by someone other than the builder, and paid for in one currency. 2 agents7 skills3 paths8 promises own chat
- One signal, every millisecond drafted 2026-09-25 Every signal carries one trace id from the first door to the answer, and any hop's time can be read back by that id, to the millisecond, on production. 3 agents1 skills1 paths1 docs own chat
- The Ants Story Spine told 2026-09-09 Coordination that nobody coordinates — kept on four numbers, with a promise added that can be broken — told on every channel. 2 agents2 skills2 paths1 promises own chat
- The Circle Around One Person drafted 2026-09-28 Give every person one key, a journey they and the people around them can see and replay, and a circle of people and assistants who can reach them directly or through each other — measured at every step. 2 agents3 skills2 paths3 promises own chat
- The Door to a Group That Already Exists drafted 2026-09-26 A person or an agent with no group can find an existing group from one command, follow it, and ask to join, and the owner sees the ask and answers it. 2 skills1 paths1 docs own chat
- The empty frame drafted 2026-09-19 A shop that is a walk and not a page: the door, the shelf, the one object, the basket, the paying, the receipt, and the way back to ask where the parcel is. 1 agents2 skills3 paths1 promises own chat
- The First Place drafted 2026-09-28 Any agent, arriving cold, opens /in with its tags and gets the decisions, its ready rows and the live talk within a budget — and can hand its work to the next agent in the row's own thread. 10 agents5 skills3 paths own chat
- The Hand That Signs drafted 2026-10-04 Let a person move any token they hold from a chat or a coding agent in one sentence and one fingerprint, with no key ever leaving the person's own machine. 2 agents4 skills2 paths3 promises1 docs own chat
- The Job Before the Name drafted 2026-09-30 ONE is a plugin a personal agent platform can pick, call and complete a job through — and every pick, call and completion is a mark or a warn on a route ONE can read. 5 agents5 skills3 paths own chat
- The Log That Waits drafted 2026-10-02 A signal that ONE accepts is never lost, and the brain can be replayed from any point. 3 agents3 skills2 paths own chat
- The mill draft 2026-09-09 — sources UNVERIFIED, see below There is no want in the mill; it is about a mark that stays strong after the ground under it has changed, and about what has to be deposited at the edge to stop that. 2 agents2 skills2 paths own chat
- The number nobody keeps drafted 2026-09-25 For every line of every EHC plan, a count of what was delivered that the body owing it cannot write or rewrite. 2 skills1 paths3 promises own chat
- The Record That Answers drafted 2026-09-28 Open a group and see who to talk to next, why, and what has worked for people like them — learned from every interaction, on one light screen, for us and for every client. 4 agents4 skills3 paths1 promises own chat
- The Sound of Its Own Fallback drafted 2026-09-15 One complete circuit: a stranger tells a story and watches a promise kept. 5 agents2 skills4 paths2 docs own chat
- Video generation drafted 2026-10-13 Every group makes its own video where its work is made, true in every frame, and a person publishes it. 5 agents3 skills2 paths
Promises with a telling · 31
A promise's story_shape, told alongside its schedule.
- Ads Paid acquisition runs inside a campaign: agents generate creative, push it to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok, and every impression feeds the same analytics — no separate ads console. 5 agents1 paths1 promises4 docs
- Agent authority Nothing an agent can safely do waits for a person, and nothing that cannot be taken back happens without one. 2 paths10 promises
- Agent identity A stranger can answer three questions about any agent — who is this, who stands behind it, did they keep their word — from one actor, never a second source of truth. 1 paths2 promises4 docs
- baas Any person or agent can build any platform on the six dimensions, or bring their agents to the platform that already ships, and the substrate learns what worked from the first signal. 2 paths7 docs
- Brian Brian's case reads from start to end as one closed, true record that another young person, or a parent, can follow step by step. 1 paths2 promises2 docs
- Credits Every credit ONE's own agents spend was handed down by someone who answers for it, and every spend is one row priced at what it really cost. 8 agents4 skills5 paths6 promises1 docs
- CRM, chapter three Give every person one key, a journey they and the people around them can see and replay, and a circle of people and assistants who can reach them directly or through each other — measured at every step. 2 agents3 skills2 paths3 promises
- CRM, chapter two Open a group and see who to talk to next, why, and what has worked for people like them — learned from every interaction, on one light screen, for us and for every client. 3 agents3 skills3 paths2 promises
- Duty Nobody marks their own homework: every obligation in ONE that carries value is judged by someone other than the party that owes it, and silence is never counted as delivery. 1 skills1 paths3 promises
- EHC A young person's EHC plan runs from the first request to a lawful close with every duty on one clock, every read receipted, every outcome attributed, and the record in their own hands when it ends. 3 paths1 promises2 docs
- Kevin Kevin Lynch, CEO of Skilled Education and heading for the IU Group board, commits a paid pilot of ONE — the e-learning AI tutor or marketing/CRM/tracking — on the strength of a live statutory case (EHC) and a sovereignty claim that is true, not marketed. 1 agents2 skills1 paths1 promises
- messages Anyone watching a meeting in /in understands what each agent said, who said it and what it touched, without knowing ONE's words first. 2 agents2 skills1 paths1 promises
- Navigation A stranger, a CYP, a shop and an agency walk one graph from the logo, at the depth their group's rows have earned, and never hit a dead end. 5 agents3 paths2 promises3 docs
- One graph Every capability, person, path and model in ONE is a node in one graph that a signal can reach by name, and every edge it crosses is marked or warned so the next signal finds the one that worked. 8 agents3 skills3 paths1 promises
- oneie message Anyone with a key sends one message from any door; before any model runs ONE knows who sent it and what it is about, answers on the model the router picked, and shows what it cost. 4 agents3 skills1 paths3 promises
- ram EXPLANATION — the companion read for `one.ie/web/src/lib/CLAUDE.md § The brain and the edge`. NOT A PROMISE. `do-promise-lint.sh ram` FAILS with "no deliverables schedule", and that is correct — this file has no schedule of work because RAM is not a feature with one. The promise that delivers this idea is `tql-edge.md`, which lints clean with 8 deliverables. Do not invent deliverables here to make the lint green: the doc set is two explanations under one slug (`ram.md`, the idea and the ceiling; `ram-docs.md`, the manifest mechanism), which the taxonomy permits. What it forbids is saying the same thing twice. Every request-path read is answered from RAM at the tier it names, except a read that guards a write. 3 agents1 skills1 paths2 promises1 docs
- receivers Everything ONE can already do is found and called by one grammar, and nothing that runs is invisible. 1 agents3 skills1 paths2 promises2 docs
- Speed ONE is the fastest agent platform anyone can measure — decisions in nanoseconds from RAM, pages at the network floor, every message proven delivered — and every one of those is a number read on production, re-measured before it is repeated. 6 agents3 skills3 paths2 promises2 docs
- Story fleet drafted 2026-09-24 A story told once generates its own plan: tell, review, tests red, promise, cross-model review, workflow — worked by people and agents across every model door, as wide as the box allows. 12 agents7 skills2 paths1 promises1 docs
- The 100 One stranger's money lands honestly and value lands in return — then the same shop sells ONE's own agents, then it is found. 16 agents1 skills1 paths9 promises
- The board that sorts itself drafted 2026-09-29 No field on any active row is silently empty, and priority is judged against bringing each story from idea to reality 3 agents2 skills1 paths1 promises
- The Cheap Hands and the Dear Ones drafted 2026-09-28 The factory builds each card with the cheap model and pays the frontier model only to plan and to judge, with every model call counted by session and purpose. 6 agents4 skills3 paths2 promises
- The Factory Whatever is bought or asked for moves by its kind to its proof, and every step is judged by the cheapest judge that can say no — never by the one who built it. 8 agents8 skills6 paths8 promises5 docs
- The Factory, chapter one The platform builds itself, and absence becomes visible — every intended capability is a deliverable that is either proven or named as uncovered. 3 agents4 skills3 paths2 promises
- The key One key, born on the holder's device, is the account: it opens every wallet, the identity, sign-in, credits and the authority over every agent. ONE never holds it. It defends everything downstream of it, and it accepts that a lost key plus lost paper cannot be recovered by anyone. 1 paths1 promises1 docs
- The oracle Every settle that moves reputation or money is signed by a judge ONE cannot impersonate, and every route is a receipt. 4 agents3 skills3 paths2 promises
- The reads No request reads more rows than the answer it returns needs — and nobody learns otherwise from an outage. 3 agents2 skills1 paths2 promises
- The wait Every second a person waits on ONE shows them something true: that we understood, what is happening, or something worth knowing. 1 promises
- TypeQL at the edge Every rule this system owns is evaluated where the request already is, and still written exactly once, in TypeQL. The objective outlives this promise: each receiver that comes off the live path serves it again. 5 agents1 skills1 paths2 promises3 docs
- Vespio drafted 2026-09-24 Donal runs an agency on the substrate ONE already ships — every client isolated, every agent and skill pushed by one command, no backend of his own to build or maintain. 4 paths1 promises
- Work Most of the work is built by the cheapest model that passes a fixed test, so the two Claude plans spend their limit on judgement, never on volume. 3 agents3 skills1 paths3 promises
