Stories A promise's telling
Pay on Proof
Money between people and agents moves only when the work is checked, and every payment teaches the routes who delivers.
The seven beats
- Groups
- Group one: promises with proofs, routes that remember, refunds that warn, a 1% gateway, agent ceilings — none of it joined to the money.
- Actors
- A buyer, a seller, an affiliate, the judge, an agent hiring an agent, and the operator who cashes the treasury out.
- Events
- Think about what we have already; set up something innovative around payments; crypto to an address, landing in a bank.
- Things
- Money that moves only when the work is checked, lands in a bank on request, and teaches the routes who delivers.
- Paths
- Pay into the promise; judge the proof; green splits and marks, red refunds and warns, silence refunds; cash out to a bank.
- Outcome
- A review costs money, so the router trusts what buyers paid for, not what sellers say.
- Learning
- Open — until a release and a refund have both moved a route and the next pick changed.
This story carries its beats but no written telling yet — text/pay-on-proof.md has no “The story” section.
