Nothing you share here leaves your plan. Not your school. Not social media. Not anyone you haven't said yes to. This is your space.
This is your voice.
Section A of your plan is where you say what you want, how you feel, and what matters to you. Not what adults think you meant. What you say. In whatever way you say it.
✨ You open every meeting
Before any professional speaks, your Section A is read first. Your video plays. Your drawing is shown. Your words are heard. You are not a guest at your own meeting — you are the reason it happens.
How do you want to share?
Pick any way that feels right. You can use more than one. You can change it later. There's no wrong way.
What we'd love to know
Answer as many as you want. Skip any you don't want to answer. There are no wrong answers. Each one saves on its own.
👤 Helping someone you know
If you're a parent, carer, or keyworker helping a child or young person who communicates differently, you can record what you observe. This is valid evidence. The system marks it as interpretation — not fact — so everyone knows it came through you. The CYP's own communication (a video of them signing, a photo of their AAC screen, a recording of the sounds they make) is always preferred alongside your interpretation.
Your voice — whatever form it takes
You define what "voice" means. We don't. If you communicate — you have a voice. This portal is built to hear it.
Everything you share here opens your meeting. Before any professional speaks — you do.
You can come back and change it any time. Your voice grows as you grow.
