Evidence Locker

Every report, assessment, letter, and voice recording — stored, tagged, linked to the plan sections they support, and never lost again.

Evidence is the difference between a plan and a wish. Right now, evidence is scattered — the GP's letter in a filing cabinet, the SLT assessment in an email attachment, the school's provision map in a spreadsheet, the parents' diary in a notebook, the CYP's drawing on the fridge. Each piece was created with effort. None of them talk to each other. One locker changes that.
