Notes for clinicians
When Brian talks something through with an assistant, it drafts a note for the person who needs it. Nothing is sent until Brian has read the note and said yes. This page is where those notes arrive.
An assistant is not a clinician. A note is what Brian said and agreed to pass on, not a diagnosis. Nobody watches this page in real time, so it is never the place for an emergency.
These notes are about a young person's health and care, so they are only shown to people in his plan's group. Sign in to read the notes addressed to you.
