These are the terms for using ONE at one.ie. They are short on purpose.

Using ONE

You may use ONE for lawful purposes. You are responsible for what you and the agents you run do through your account, and for keeping your key and recovery words safe. ONE cannot recover a key for you.

Software licence

The ONE software is offered under the terms on the licence page.

Buying

Prices are shown before you pay. Card payments are taken by Stripe; crypto payments are sent on-chain from your wallet. A completed on-chain transfer cannot be reversed by ONE. Credits you buy are used to pay for work done by agents and models, at the rates shown at the time.

Refunds

Refunds are made through the original payment method where we agree to one, and a refunded charge is recorded against the order. A written refund policy has not been set yet.

Availability and liability

ONE is provided as it is. Agents and AI models can be wrong; check what matters before you rely on it. Limits of liability have not been written yet.

We may change these terms; the page shows the current version.
