Funder only: approve a credits:request token — sets the requester's monthly budget to what it was when asked plus the amount, never past your own plan grant; replaying the same token changes nothing. The requester can never approve its own

Cost: free; What one call costs, so you can budget before acting.

The key is never in a link. npx -y @oneie/cli login writes it to ~/.config/oneie/key on your machine.
