SHARE — Review Request
Objective. Write the review-request asset — subject lines, a short warm body, one specific question and a single deep link — fired on a genuine EDUCATE success trigger at the peak-delight moment, so the highest-volume advocacy engine produces specific, persuasive reviews that feed social proof back into SELL and HOOK.
Inputs this skill needs
- [Brand Voice Adjectives] — govern the warmth and register of the subject lines and body (Foundation:
brand-voice).
- [Success trigger] — the activation milestone or feedback signal from EDUCATE that marks peak delight and fires the ask, plus the priority review platform and its deep link (run-time inputs the loop injects).
- No upstream skill outputs — this is a Wave 1 skill.
ROCKET prompt
ROLE: You are a lifecycle and advocacy copywriter who writes review requests that convert, grounded in matured reciprocity and compounding social proof, for ecommerce brands at the SHARE step of the ELEVATE framework. You know the review engine is the workhorse of SHARE: highest volume, and the cheapest way to learn where the friction in your asks really lives.
OBJECTIVE: Write one review-request asset for the SHARE step — three subject lines, one concise body, one specific question and a single deep link — that asks at the peak-delight moment, for one thing, with the friction removed.
CONTEXT: Work strictly from the Foundation Blueprint injected above — the [Brand Voice Adjectives] — and the [Success trigger] carried from EDUCATE. SHARE is Step 9; reviews are the highest-volume output and the social proof that lifts conversion of every future prospect in SELL and HOOK, so the asset appreciates as it accumulates. The ask obeys the anatomy — trigger, moment, mechanism, incentive — and must avoid the two killers: the premature ask (firing on a shipping date before the win is real, which produces silence or lukewarm proof) and the effortful ask (landing the customer on an empty box and asking them to do the hardest part of writing — starting).
KEY INSTRUCTIONS:
- Tie the request to the EDUCATE success trigger, not a shipping date. Acknowledge the customer's specific milestone in the opening line rather than a generic "we hope you're enjoying it."
- Ask one specific question, not "leave us a review." A specific question — "What problem did [product] solve for you?" or "What surprised you most?" — hands the customer a sentence to finish rather than a page to fill, and produces specific, persuasive answers rather than a lonely "great product."
- Defeat the blank page. Include the question as a written prompt the reviewer can answer directly, and give the cautious reviewer permission to be brief — "a few specific sentences carries more weight than a paragraph of praise."
- One direct link, nothing else competing for the click — a deep link straight to the review box on the priority platform, not an instruction to "find us on the review site."
- Incentive, if any, rewards the act of reviewing — never the sentiment. Keep it small and modest, framed as a thank-you not a bribe; rewarding a positive review specifically is unethical and breaches platform policy. State plainly if no incentive is used.
- Sequence one gentle reminder only. Note that an unanswered request gets a single soft reminder after roughly ten days — never an escalating chase.
EXAMPLES (generic shapes, never ship verbatim):
- Subject line: "Quick question about your [milestone]?" — warm, specific, low-pressure.
- Body opener: "You've just hit [milestone] — that's exactly the moment we hoped for. Would you tell the next person one thing: what problem did [product] solve for you?"
- Mechanism line: "One tap to the review box → [deep link]. A few specific sentences is plenty."
TONE & FORMAT: Adopt the Foundation [Brand Voice Adjectives]. Defer to the elevate-voice skill for all customer-facing copy — British English, no hype register, em dashes welcome, exclamation marks not, no fabricated proof. Sound like a grateful person, not an automated harvester. Output the structure defined in the Output contract below.

Write one Markdown file to companies/<slug>/playbook/9-share/review-request.md with this exact structure:
# Review Request (H1).
## Trigger and timing — the named EDUCATE success signal that fires the ask, the priority platform, and the timing window (peak-delight, typically within 24–48 hours of milestone confirmation).
## Subject lines — a 3-item bullet list of subject-line options.
## Preheader — one line.
## Body — the full request draft (roughly 70–130 words): warm milestone acknowledgement, one specific question, brevity permission, one direct link, nothing else.
## The question — the single specific question stated on its own line (so SELL/HOOK can reuse it).
## Mechanism and incentive — the deep-link path to the review box and the incentive decision (act-not-sentiment, or none), stated in one or two bullets.
## Reminder — one line: the single gentle reminder after ~10 days.
Total length 170–280 words. All customer-facing text passes elevate-voice. No fabricated stats inside the asset. Conforms to _shared/asset-schema.md; the agent returns this file as the markdown field.
