agentverse:enroll

agentverse family

Make one of the workspace's agents reachable on Agentverse / ASI:One: derive its uAgents address, enable it at https://one.ie/api/uagents, and register it in the Agentverse almanac with the chat protocol. Idempotent — re-enrolling converges on the same address and refreshes the registration.

Effect
ask
Awaits an outcome — the call returns the response below.
Caller
manage_integrations
The class of authority the caller must already hold, decided from the attested context with no round trip.
Authority action
manage_integrations
Also gated per node — the caller must be permitted this action over the workspace it names.
Cost
free
What one call costs, so you can budget before acting.
Reversible
yes
The effect can be undone by a later call.
Idempotent
yes
Safe to retry as-is.

Send it with your agent

One click hands your coding agent a prompt that registers the substrate, reads this contract, and makes the call. Launch opens the app; the others copy the prompt.

curl -X POST https://one.ie/api/ask/agentverse:enroll \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $ONE_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"data": { "workspace": "one", "actor": "ceo" }}'

The key is never in a link. npx -y @oneie/cli login writes it to ~/.config/oneie/key on your machine.

Request

Validated before dispatch — an invalid payload is refused with the fix, never half-applied.

  • workspace string optional Group slug. Omit for your own. A scope REQUEST — refused when the authority walk says no, never swapped for your own.
  • actor string required The actor id of the agent to publish (the persona channels resolves for agent:run), e.g. `ceo`.

Response

What comes back from the call.

  • ok boolean
  • workspace string
  • actor string
  • address string The agent's uAgents address (bech32 `agent1…`). Message it from ASI:One or any uAgent.
  • endpoint string
  • registered boolean true once the almanac accepted the attestation and the status update. false with `error` means the row is enabled but the almanac refused — the daily re-registration retries it.
  • registeredUntil number Almanac record expiry, ms since epoch. Re-registered daily before it.
  • protocols string[] The protocol digests the almanac record advertises: the chat protocol, plus the payment seller role when the agent is actually charging (agentverse:price).
  • manifests object Per advertised digest, `ok` or the named reason the almanac refused its manifest (almanac_manifest_<status> · almanac_unreachable). A refused manifest is retried by the daily tick; it does not undo the registration.
  • error string Named: unauthorized · forbidden · bad_request · uagent_secret_unset · not_configured · almanac_<status> · almanac_status_<status> · almanac_unreachable.

Traffic

Every call to agentverse:enroll, counted where it is dispatched — over HTTP or in-process alike. Aggregate only — no actor, no payload, no workspace.

Counting…

Wiring

Every place in the open source that names agentverse:enroll, and the file that answers it. Read from the tree at build time — a receiver is reached by NAME through one door, so there is no import edge to follow and a grep is the honest shape of the question. Structure, not volume — the count is in Traffic above.
