Media in chat

Video, voice and a real person — in one conversation.

Ask your agent for a video and watch it play in the thread. Put a talk button on any page and hear the answer out loud. When someone wants a human, a live room opens in the same chat. Nothing installs, and anything that costs money waits for your approval.

One thread: a render card counting up beside the prompt, a reply being read out loud, and a join card for a live room.

Video

Ask for a clip. Watch it in the thread.

Describe the video the way you would describe it to a person. Approve the spend once. The finished clip plays where you asked for it, and the file is kept at your own address.

  • Approve before anything runs

Every video request pauses with Approve and Deny in the thread. Deny and nothing is charged.

  • An honest waiting state

While the render works you see your prompt, the length and the aspect you asked for, and a clock counting up. If the provider is still going when the wait runs out, the card says so instead of claiming a finish.

  • Plays inline, stored with you

Scrub, mute, fullscreen, download. Edit or Variation if the first take is not the one. The finished file is copied into your workspace, so it still plays long after the conversation moved on.

How video works

Voice

One button. No keyboard.

Drop the voice block on a published page. A visitor taps it, speaks, and the agent answers out loud — the same agent, with the same instructions, as the one they would have typed to.

  • Six voices to choose from

Pick the voice per block, or let the person switch it in chat. Any reply in the conversation can also be played back with a scrubbable player.

  • It listens off Chrome too

Browsers with speech recognition built in use it directly. The rest record the audio and send it to be transcribed, so the microphone works either way.

  • A visualiser in your own colours

An aura or moving bars, painted from your brand colours and moving with the live audio. Set it to none and the browser never downloads that code at all.

How voice works

Meetings

When a visitor wants a person, hand them one.

The agent opens a real video room inside the conversation and tells your team where to go. The visitor never leaves the thread they were already in.

  • A join card, not a camera

The room arrives as a card. Nothing asks for the camera, and none of the video code loads, until someone taps Join.

  • The reason is waiting in the room

Whatever the visitor asked for is written into the room's thread, so whoever opens it already knows why they are there.

  • Same conversation, same room

Asking again in the same chat rejoins the room that already exists rather than opening a second one, and your team gets the link where it already listens.

Three things you can try right now

Live pages, not screenshots.

A working agent answering questions for a real business, with the tools yours gets.
Open the chat, ask it something, then play the answer back and listen to it.
The join card exactly as a visitor sees it, next to every message the room can give back.

Put all three in one conversation.

Video, voice and a live room run through the same agent, on the same page, with the same approval step in front of anything that costs money.
